I would like to comment on my experiences at Westover clinic and why it is that I am happy to go back despite the stereotypical view of seeing your dentist. I have a been a patient there for over two years now. Prior to being their patient I was with Kaiser Dental and hated my dental visits. A friend in the health care field recommended me to Westover dental. I worked downtown Portland and they were conveniently located close by on NW 23rd Ave. Upon my first appointment Dr Belusko examined me and stated some of his concerns about my teeth and then explained what my treatment plan would be. He was very thorough and had some really good information. Despite the common excuses we make to ourselves about our teeth and why we don't floss or brush as often as we should, we should set an expectation to have our dentist tell us what we may be doing wrong so we can keep our smile. Upon my next appointment I met Dr Adams and thereafter she has been my primary dentist. Both Dr Belusko and Dr Adams are terrific people and terrific dentists. They both take the time to explain YOUR teeth to YOU and offer ways you can improve your brushing habits or flossing habits. They have newer and better dental products and offer so many more options than I was used to with Kaiser. When it comes to my teeth I want options. I choose what I eat and I also want to choose what goes in my mouth if I have a cavity. At Westover I am always being asked "Would you like anything," or "Are you in any pain."They offer a heated wrap around your neck and headphones to listen to music while in the dental chair. I have never had a better experience with a dentist. Dr Adams has fixed all of Kaisers previous work and left me with a pearly white smile. She is an exceptional dentist and truly cares about all of her patients. I am always greeted with a smile and I am on a first name basis with all of the dental staff. They truly care about you. If your looking for a dentist I highly recommend them!

I loved my dental experience. My favorite part was that I experience no pain. This is my first trip to the dentist where I did not jump out of my seat when the shot was given. In fact, Dr. Adams used a machine she called the “wand” instead of the “old school” syringes and long needles. After the shot was completed I told her I was ready for the injection, she laughed and said she was finished. I have never had a more relaxed trip to the dentist. THANK YOU WESTOVER DENTAL!

Patient of Dr. B's and my wife is a patient of Dr. A's. The office is small and quaint, but the service is very prompt, comfortable and friendly. Front desk folks are top notch as well and are very responsive to billing and appointment concerns.

Amazing Dental Care!

I was so pleased with my experience at Westover Dental!! As soon as I called for an appointment, the receptionist was friendly and accommodated my busy work schedule. When I arrived at my first appointment my first impression of the office was professional and calming. They have a great waiting room with magazines, television, and soothing waterfall feature. However, I didn't spend a long time waiting, I was immediately greeted and seated. I felt very comfortable when the dental assistant offered me a warm fragrant neck pillow, a beverage, and a selection of C.D.'s. Dr. Belusko then came to my side and was truly concerned with my pain, he quickly diagnosed the pain and went right into seating 2 crowns. He was very kind and precise, and I was surprised to falling asleep in the chair. ( I was that relaxed) I am now happy to say that I have been going to this clinic for 2 years and am whitening my teeth. The results are amazing! You have got to come see Dr. Belusko!

Dr. Adams is the only dentist for me! I am an EXTREMLY NERVOUS person and very anxious about dental treatment. I have been to 6 other dentist in the Portland area in the last 2 years and keep switching because I do not feel that I am getting the highest quality dental work. Dr. Adams was AWESOME. As soon as I walked into their office I was greeted by a very friendly and warm front desk. I had little to no wait time before I was brought back for treatment. Dr. Adams greeted me with a warm herbal neck pillow, and before anything was done in my mouth she throughly discussed what was going to happen at my appoitnment and allowed me the opportunity to ask questions. Before met here I never fully understood what was going on in my mouth and I felt Dr. Adams really cared about my oral health and overall health. I loved the intraoral camera, as Dr. Adams showed me my cavitiy before treatment, once she opened the tooth (eww the decay!!) and then she showed me the resotration which turned out to be even more beautiful than when I got there .
